Returns are easy: initiate your return at Paper Cape's Return Center within 30 days of receiving the product and we'll provide a prepaid label for your items.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
As soon as we receive your items, we'll issue you a refund. You will receive a confirmation email.

HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?
Contact us at hello@papercape.com within 60 days of the gift purchaser's purchase date. Once we receive the return, we'll issue you store credit in the amount paid by the gift purchaser. We do not issue refunds or store credit for gift cards.

WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
We're sorry this happened. Please initiate a return at Paper Cape's Return Center and we'll issue you a prepaid return label or email us at hello@papercape.com and we will do everything in our power to make this right.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
For now we only ship to the U.S. Please email us at hello@papercape.com and let us know that you'd like to see us ship to your country. We will take your feedback into consideration when deciding which market to ship to next.
