FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHERE CAN I SEND MY FEEDBACK OR IDEA FOR A FUTURE PRODUCT?
We love suggestions from parents and will incorporate your feedback into our design process. Email us at hello@papercape.com or send us a Facebook message (@papercapeco).

WHAT SIZE DOES MY CHILD OR THE CHILD I'M GIFTING TO WEAR?
Check out our size guide or email hello@papercape.com. We'd love to help. We recommend sizing up, especially for pajamas as they're snug fitting in accordance with US regulations for natural fiber PJs for kids.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are easy: visit our return center at returns center within 30 days of receiving the product and follow the instructions to initiate your return. When we receive your goods, we'll issue a refund.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
As soon as we receive your items, we'll issue you a refund less the cost of return shipping. You will receive a confirmation email.

HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?
Contact us at hello@papercape.com within 60 days of the gift purchaser's purchase date. Once we receive the return, we'll issue you store credit in the amount paid by the gift purchaser. We do not issue refunds or store credit for gift cards.

WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
We sincerely regret that this happened. Contact us at hello@papercape.com with a picture of the damaged goods and we'll work with you to be sure you are made whole.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We do not currently accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX giftcards.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently only ship to the US but email us at hello@papercape.com and let us know that you'd like us to ship to your country. We'll take that into consideration when we decide where next to ship to.

HOW CAN I CONTACT PAPER CAPE?
Email us at hello@papercape.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day. Our offices are in San Francisco and we are most responsive M-F 9am-6pm PST.
